My Favourite Anxiety, OCD And Depression Quotes

Cheesy, inspiring, lame call them what you want, I personally think a good quote in certain situations can be really helpful and they seem to be a popular thing to share on social media these days! Sometimes it’s so hard to put into words what you are thinking and going through, or find some words to inspire yourself and make you view a situation more positively. A good quotes can do that for you. During my time suffering with OCD, depression and anxiety, I found I related to quotes even more and when I found one that ‘spoke to me’ It was almost comforting and for that moment it could almost explain how I felt, or give me some sort of hope. I’m sure a lot of these quotes can be interrupted for many situations so take them however they personally relate to you. I hope you like them as much as I do.
